Part time Administrative Assistant, Player Development

Job Summary

• Assist all Player Department departments with administrative support


• Scheduling of group meetings


• Preliminary admin for legal and finance


• Travel and training logistics support


• Event Support - webinars, virtual meetings, camps, playoffs


• Front Desk support.  To fill in as necessary to monitor PD’s entry.


• Other duties as assigned

• Excellent customer service.


• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and problem solving skills.


• Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google.


• Strong organizational skills.


• Excellent writing skills and ability to draft correspondence.


• Ability to interact with all levels of management.


• Professional demeanor.


• Ability to work flexible hours on short notice to include nights, weekends, and holidays is required 


• A valid driver’s license and clean driving history


• Experience working with/supervising youth
