Job Summary

This position will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and management of all ticket operations. This position requires the coordination and planning of multiple ticket systems and partnerships. The candidate will work on all day-to-day strategies in accordance with annual sales campaigns.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business management, sports management, or other related field
3+ years of increasingly responsible experience in ticket operations and box office supervision in a stadium, arena, and/or large-scale event management
Ability to multi-task daily, be organized and lead with the desire to succeed
Exceptional customer service and ability to engage in productive communications with clients and staff members
