Administrative Assistant - Football Recruiting

Job Summary

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience. Additional experience may be used on a one-to-one basis to offset the educational requirements. The university offers market competitive salary and benefits.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two (2) years of work experience in a collegiate or professional football recruiting setting

• Effective interpersonal, organizational, and communications skills, including written and verbal

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Position Description

The Administrative Assistant for Football Recruiting will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operation of the front office duties for the Football staff with an emphasis in recruiting and community service assistance. This position will have game day responsibilities, as well as assisting with planning and executing all official and unofficial visits for prospective student-athletes. This position will report to the Director of Football Operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with additions and edits of all PSA's

• Assist with all daily recruiting coaching reports

• Assist with all mailings and social media related to recruiting

• Assist with Database entry and reports

• Assist in the planning of official and unofficial visits

• Assist in setup and execution of official and unofficial visits

• Assist in the setup of all Game Day recruiting activities for unofficial visits

• Requests transcripts on recruits as they were offered

• Duties as assigned by the Director of High School Relations/Director of On-Campus recruiting

• Coordinate any community service events with the Director of Player Development

• Complete all necessary compliance and University paperwork for community service

• Perform related duties as assigned by the Director of Football Operations and/or the Head Football Coach
