Associate Director of Athletics

Job Summary

The Associate Director of Athletics is responsible for overseeing the management of intercollegiate programs. The position also has a major role in the day-to-day operations of the Athletic Department. Additional responsibilities will be student-athlete engagement. designing and implementing programs to help with the continued growth of the athletic department.

Requirements/Qualification:

• Master’s degree is required.
• 5 years administrative/coaching experience (preferably at the collegiate/professional level).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).
• Understanding of the NCAA Division III philosophy and rules and regulations.
• Strong knowledge of athletic recruiting methods, techniques, rules and regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership, organization, management, and platform skills; an ability to oversee a wide variety of activities; ability to work independently.
