Job Summary

The position entails the task of helping in various administrative tasks and helping the team of development operations with tasks like donor hospitality, stewardship and special events.

Duties

• Meeting scheduling
• Donor mailing
• Special event coordination
• Current and potential donors researching
• Serve as liaison with Business Office
• Administrative tools purchasing
• All other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant area of equivalent experience/training
• Office experience
• Strong skills in communications/interpersonal
• Can perform database research and information analysis
