Job Summary

The Director of Player Development is responsible for the analysis, development, and success of the Women's Basketball team. They will use video technology to film games and practices, use analytics and software to determine player and team efficiencies, oversee NCAA film requirements, maintain record of expenses and budgetary needs, serve as the liaison to the PAC-12 TV Network.
