Job Summary

The position will be developing and implementing recruitment strategies for the branch.

Duties

• Recruiting, interviewing, selecting of qualified employees that can fill vacant posts
• Orientation and training management
• Organizing and executing hiring events
• Job ads development
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience
• Can acquire Trainer License from State of Tennessee
• Strong skills computer, social media, communications, customer service
• Self starter with good time management skills
