Job Summary

 

The position will be identifying and recruiting elite student athletes like impacting team development on/off ice to practices/meeting/other sessions.

 

Duties of the Assistant Coach will include the following:

  • Identifying, recruiting and retaining of elite student athletes
  • Mentoring of student athletes to help in academic performance
  • Facilitating of team/individual video sessions
  • Can perform high level individual skill sessions
  • Other related tasks

 

Minimum Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
  • 3 years experience in coaching
  • Committed to NCAA rules
  • Strong skills communication
  • MS office proficient
  • Can work varying days/hours
