Athletics Rec Specialist (Student Athlete Enhancement Assistant)

Job Summary

DUTIES:

• This position reports directly to the Assistant Directors of Student-Athlete Enhancement, and will provide support for approximately 450 student-athletes and 150 coaches and staff of the  Athletics Department.
• This position will primarily assist with the areas of Career Development, Community Engagement, Leadership Advancement, Personal Enhancement, and the Selmon Mentoring Institute, while also supporting other areas as needed.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

MINIMUM

• Must have a bachelor's degree, or 4 years of experience in athletics, or a combination of education and experience.

PREFERRED

• Master's degree is strongly preferred.
