Responsibilities

• Coaching and training of student-athletes for successful competition
• Recruiting and retaining quality student-athletes
• Monitoring and supporting the academic progress of student-athletes
• Planning and conducting comprehensive conditioning program
• Competition scheduling
• Managing budgets and records
• Undertaking beneficial promotional and public relations activities 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Successful record of tennis coaching
• Proven record of recruiting high quality student-athletes
• Demonstrated commitment to institutional, conference and NCAA rules
• Excellent communication skills
