Job Summary

The ideal candidate adheres to the NCAA Division III philosophy, possesses outstanding communication skills, exhibits dynamic leadership and motivational abilities, strives for excellence in teaching and student-athlete development, has highly effective recruiting skills, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with prior coaching experience and knowledge in working with diverse populations is required, USA Hockey Coaching Level I certification. 
• Commitment to student-athletes and NCAA Division III philosophy and knowledge of NCAA III, the University, and Great Northeast Athletics Conference rules and regulations. 
• The qualified candidate must be willing to work with Admissions personnel to actively recruit qualified student-athletes. 
• Must possess high energy and motivational levels, creativity, strong interpersonal and communication skills, willingness to contribute as a team member to the athletic staff.  
• Candidate must hold a valid driver's license.
