Job Summary

Job Description

• Responsible for the overall maintenance and operation of Rec Center West (25,000 sq feet).
• Coordinate work orders and repairs with outside vendors if needed.
• Recruit, screen, hire, train and evaluate student employees.
• Assist with programs and events held in the facility.
• Ensure student employees follow cash handling procedures.
• Monitor the facility reservations for Rec Center West.
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of the SPN Wellness Facility(8,000).
• Oversee anticipated full time staff.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and three plus years relevant professional experience.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Administration or related field.
• Master’s degree in Sports Administration or related field.
• Experience in facility management, student supervision and cash handling.
