Defensive Assistant Football Coach/ Lecturer in Kinesiology

Job Summary

Required:

• Applicants must have Masters in Kinesiology or closely related field with a minimum of 18hrs of graduate coursework in Kinesiology;
• demonstrated ability or experience teaching at the college or University level,
• experience coaching at the collegiate level.

Preferred:

• PHD degree in Kinesiology,
• experience coaching at the collegiate level.

Primary Responsibilities

• Teach Kinesiology and coach football.
• Duties include teaching a minimum of 6 semester credit hours, to include at least two 3 hour scheduled lecture class, per semester in the Department of Kinesiology Human Performance, coaching and recruiting for the football program.
• Position is Security Sensitive.
• Responsible for personal safety and the safety of others; must exercise due caution and practice safe work habits at all times for personal safety and the safety
