Job Summary

Duties and Essential Job Functions:

• Assists with design and execution of rigorous statistical analyses in support of Basketball Operations decision making. Analyses may include prediction of future player performance, quantification of player contributions to team performance, and assessment of team/player matchups for use in game preparation. Design, build, and maintain "advanced stats" reports for use by staff in game preparation. Design, build, and maintain "advanced stats" reports for use by staff in game preparation. Complete self-scout and opponent scouts independently
• Oversees the video operations program for women's basketball, including all video operations related to scouting, practice, game, film exchange, and highlight films. Be proficient in current film editing and scouting software and programs. Maintain an organized and efficient video room/operation.
• Assists staff and players with player skill development and team development.
• Assists with practice development and coordination.
