Part-Time Ticket Office Representative

Job Summary

The position entails the task of selling individual and advance tickets using ticketing systems.

Duties

• Balancing of cash drawer before and after every shift
• Ticketmaster "Will Call" orders preparation
• Attend to administrative tasks
• Attending to customer queries
• Other tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service
• Strong skills in interpersonal/communications/MS Office
• Flexible on work schedules
