Inside Sales Rep

Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Primary focus is training and learning to sell key products: Season Tickets, Partial Plans, and Group Tickets
• Job shadow with Director and/or Account Executives to come up with new contacts, past customers, and qualified sales leads to generate new sales
• Build rapport with prospects and customers and recognize future sales opportunities
• Operate sales tables at home games to distribute sales literature and provide customer service
• Obtain training with all Business Intelligence tools (Paciolan, Salesforce, Tableau, etc.)
• Learn key elements of providing excellent customer service 
• Assist in customer service initiatives as called upon
• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Candidates should be computer proficient, detail oriented, and desire to advance their career in the sports business
• Prior telemarketing or sales experience preferred
• Have a friendly and professional telephone manner
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and writing) and listening skills
• Display a genuine desire to help people
• Ability to work well with others and independently
• Ability to take action beyond what is called for
• Demonstrate a positive attitude
