Soccer Assistant Coach

Job Summary

St. Monica Catholic High School is looking for a Boys Soccer Assistant Coach to assist in the rebuilding of the program into a CIF contender. Assistant Coach to be responsible for the technical preparation of players. He/She will implement the technical exercises during training sessions. The Assistant Coach will also be highly involved in the implementation of the Program's strength & conditioning plan. Summer workouts and fall practices are expected. When leading the squad, the Assistant Coach must create a positive learning environment while expecting all team members to give the highest standard of effort and intensity.
