Job Summary

 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
 
  • Manage all marketing for the Club and activities within the marketing department
  • Actively identify, plan and execute marketing and promotional opportunities and events
  • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies and vendors
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events
  • Deliver all marketing activity with the agreed-upon budget 
  • Maximize Club awareness through marketing strategies, implementing guerilla marketing and advertising campaigns to generate measurable exposure
  • Manage communication with media partners, promoters, and corporate partners to maintain cooperative, cross-promotional opportunities, working in conjunction with ticket sales and sponsorship to support and promote revenue programs.
  • Lead the creative process to ensure campaign and brand consistency across all platforms to realize increased fan growth. Oversee the development of all collateral, including fliers, newsletters, websites, posters, postcards, and email blasts and oversee the distribution of these items.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Degree in business (Marketing preferred)
  • 2+ years of progressive work in the marketing field
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels with a track record of execution
  • Strong communication skills including writing marketing materials such as press releases, newsletters, and brochures
  • Expert knowledge of current marketing trends and multimedia platforms is essential
  • Highly effective and creative under pressure, prioritizing workloads and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Anticipate and troubleshoot issues, and proactively prevent or ensure timely and measured resolutions
  • Effectively strategize methods to accomplish goals and streamline processes
  • Outstanding attention to detail and follow-through skills
