Job Summary

 

The position will be providing wide range of administrative support to the members of the Executive Team.

 

Duties

  • Be the link between the Executive team and the rest of the staff
  • Serves as the main contact among the staff and clients
  • Keeps professional level of communication with the staff
  • Tracking/monitoring/prioritizing of all communication daily
  • Meeting arrangement coordination
  • Other related tasks

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Administrative role experience
  • Experience in using office equipment
