Job Summary

The NFL Team are seeking a hands-on and innovative Manager of Creative Services. Someone with strong leadership skills, who can inspire and stimulate thought, while simultaneously creating world-class creative for all NFL Team outlets and platforms. The ideal candidate would be an expert in visual design and in fostering a fast-paced creative environment that promotes the free flow of ideas.
 
 
 
Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Director of Content, the Manager of Creative Services will be the executor of all graphic design and visual content.

  • Create memorable creative visuals: logos, typography, presentations, photoshop comps, print ads, web banners etc. for promotional, JungleVision, social & digital channels.

  • Responsible for creative ownership, oversight and tracking of all multiplatform components created for a campaign including graphics, promos, digital elements, and any other related marketing materials.
  • Ability to create a scope of work and manage project plans with timelines and understanding of prioritizing resources, tasks, and personnel.

  • Ability to clearly communicate project status, timelines, deliverables, goals, and expectations to the internal team and other departments on a regular basis.
  • Constantly researches industry trends, case studies, social media/digital initiatives to stay up-to-date and bring new ideas to inspire the team.

  • Management of brand licensing.





     

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of visual design, graphic design, or as an art director.

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced, demanding environment, while managing sensitive projects.

  • Expert knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

  • Proven ability to storyboard and create unique, engaging concepts.

  • Current or recent experience in professional or collegiate sports.

  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and people skills.

  • Intimate knowledge of creative standards across modern platforms and technologies.

  • Demonstrated ability to understand business goals alongside creative goals.

  • A robust portfolio that showcases a wide range of abilities.
