Director of Operations

Job Summary

The position will be managing, supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the complex including the maintenance, setup/changeovers, housekeeping, etc.

Duties of the Director of Operation include, but are not limited to:

• Managing the operating budget of the building
• Supervising and coordinating of SB Ballard Stadium, Arena, Multi-purpose room
• Event support staff management
• Oversees the opening and closing of the Arena
• Building and maintaining of tenant relations
• Other related tasks

Skills & Qualifications:

• Sports management degree or other related
• 3 years work related experience
• OSHA requirements understanding
• Strong skills organizational/leadership/communication
• Can lift/carry at least 40 pounds
• Can work varying days/hours
• Forklift certificate preferred
