Provide Orange Carpet service via phone while leading a team of students in doing the same - providing all relevant information, verbiage, and tone to provide our supporters with an "Orange Carpet" experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 1 year customer service, office/clerical experience including organization, filing and phone etiquette, education may be substituted in lieu of experience.
Ability to fulfill the Fan Service & Ticket Operations mission of providing Orange Carpet service to our supporters through efficient systems, fully-informed communication, and flexible operations.
Elite written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and an ability to remain calm and think critically in stressful circumstances.
Ability to lead and serve students with the tools necessary for them to be elite in fulfilling the team mission.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Sports related field.
Two or more years of office/clerical experience.
