The position will be elevating the ideation and designing the process of Product Design team.

• Promoting the design led thinking
• Adapting the design process and working style
• Advocates for the team and their ideas
• Mentoring and inspiring x-functional partners
• Translating abstract of abstract ideas
• Other related tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 years leading a team
• 6 years experience in product design
