Job Summary

The position will be in charge of developing of systems/workflows/policy for music licensing, administration and copyright management.

Duties

• Overseeing and evaluating of performance
• Helping to develop the process of music licensing
• Negotiating, reviewing and preparing of third party contracts
• Developing of best practices for the staff
• Development of strategic planning for maintaining the ESPN music administration system
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• 10 years work related experience
• 7 years supervisory role experience
• Can work varying days/hours
• Rights management familiarity
