Job Summary


The position will be in charge of guiding and supporting events at the stadium while ensuring correct implementation of sporting events/concerts/specialty shows.



  • Ensuring entire concert process
  • Leading weekly internal team meeting
  • Creating and distributing booking notices/event notes
  • Be the main contact with event promoter/producer
  • Managing and advancing of event expenses
  • Other related tasks



  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4 years work related experience
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Detail oriented and driven
  • Strong skills organizational/time management
  • MS office suite proficient
