Regional Event Staffing Manager - Midwest

Job Summary

• Using past experience and knowledge help grow our current staffing structure to cover all events in Midwest Region

• Act as a liaison between tournament directors and staff regarding questions and staffing related issues.


• Complete control of the Interviewing, Hiring/Onboarding, Training and Scheduling of event employees


• Maintain inventory of all equipment for Field Manager’s and manage the check-in/out of equipment for tournaments


• Develop a plan for ongoing evaluation of employees to help maintain the quality of employee

• Help out with Showcases/Events on weekends as needed

• Assist with checking on field availability and playability


• Completion of special projects as assigned by management


• Any other related duties as assigned.
