Job Summary

The position will be leading, administering, coordinating and directing the Department of Athletics while serving as the leader of Division III coaches and student athletes.

Duties

Athletic administration
Athletic staff organizing and assigning
Coordinating the interview/hiring/mentoring of all new athletic staff
Handling operational budget
Purchasing of athletic equipment
Other related tasks

Qualifications

Master's degree
10 years work related experience
Intercollegiate athletic program management knowledge
Fundraising experience preferred
Strong skills problem solving/persuasion/communication
