Aquatics Manager

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of managing the aquatic center's daily operation and its facilities while promoting and cultivating an environment that gives regard to equity/diversity and inclusion.

Duties of the Aquatics Manager:

• Managing all operational aspects and business of the college's aquatics
• Providing comprehensive programs and services to safely meet the goals of the college and community
• Helping in developing promotional/marketing strategies that promotes programming of aquatic center
• Ensuring all staff are trained and working as required
• Other related tasks

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• 3 years work related experience
• Current driver's license
• CPR/AED/Lifeguarding certificate
• Strong skills communication/organizational
• Technical aspects knowledge
