Production Manager

Job Summary

• Responsible for the maintenance, cleanliness, and organization of all assets including but not limited to the following:


• Inventory, Warehouse Facilities, Grounds, and Fleet


• Extended and Short-term Rentals Set-Up, Teardown, and Maintenance


• On Budget Execution


• Operating Ethically and Morally


• Being a Positive Steward of the Company


• Executing all tasks outlined by the General Manager


• Overseeing Direct Reports (warehouse workers and crew members)


• Participate in all Coordination/Production Meetings

• Implement, manage, and improve current systems:


• Process management


• Proper loading and unloading trucks


• Budget management


• Oversee equipment transfers


• Hiring and scheduling labor as needed


• Create weekly production schedules 


• Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules

• Inventory maintenance


• Quality and cleanliness of warehouse and equipment


• Maintain accurate inventory counts


• Practice warehouse safety and teaching procedures to crew members


• Receive and organize deliveries/freight
