Community Relations Manager

Job Summary

 The Community Relations Manager acts as liaison and works in collaboration with leadership and other arena stakeholders to ensure brand alignment and community involvement.   The position will interact with the ADA community and will work to ensure effective communication of the arenas post COVID-19 safety and sanitization efforts.   

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating and implementing a community engagement plan that directly addresses concerns and interests of adjacent neighborhoods as well as cities in the Coachella Valley
• Assist in building arena marketing databases to support the promotion and ticket sales of approximately 40 concerts/entertainment events and 40 community/rental events each year
• Assist in listening to community desires to achieve first-in-class fan experiences 
• Assist arena staff in assuring positive experiences with parking, ticketing, food & beverage, and other areas where community input is needed
• Assist digital strategy efforts to build strong community input into arena website, digital marketing, e-commerce, and all social media platforms
• Foster long-term relationships with key constituencies of the arena as well as the Hockey Training and Community Ice Center
• Organize meetings and events with neighborhoods to support effective communication and interest in the arena
