Job Summary

Position Summary

The External Relations and Fan Experience Director will lead the marketing strategy, University Athletics Partnership Program, and supervise event operations for the  Athletic department, emphasizing driving revenue through partnerships and carrying out high-level events and functions.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, administration, public relations, with at least two years of experience in fan engagement, sports marketing/administration/management, or a similar role in athletics. 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Knowledge of MIAA and NCAA DII rules and regulations. Demonstrated organizational and management ability. Effective interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusiveness.
Knowledge of Adobe Suite, Daktornics video systems, and DV Sport preferred.
