Job Summary
Job Duties:
The Assistant Director of Ticket Services, reporting to the Executive Director of Ticket Operations, is responsible for providing support in the day-to-day operations of the Athletic Ticket Office by providing excellent customer service. This includes answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and assisting walk-in customers. The Assistant Director will oversee the ticket operations for the sports of Soccer, Women's Basketball and Softball as well as assist with the ticket operations of football and baseball.
Minimum Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree and one year of experience related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
