Player Personnel Assistant Director

Job Summary

The primary purpose of the Assistant Director of Player Personnel is to assist the Director of Player Personnel with the day-to-day recruiting operations in the Football program. This position reports to the Associate Athletics Director for Football.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with maintaining database of high school prospects and the college transfer portal.
• Assist with evaluating of high school prospects and the college transfer portal.
• Prepare film on prospective student-athletes to highlight abilities/skills that coaches will then use to make an evaluation.
• Assist with roster management.
• Assist with all paperwork for all aspects of visits i.e. lodging, meals, tours etc.
• Assist in coordinating and organizing high school camps and clinics.
• Entertain high school coaches and prospects at practice and games.
• Assist with hiring and organizing student support staff.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Head Football Coach Associate AD for Football Operations.
