Job Summary

The Assistant Director of Sport Programs supervises three full-time professional Sport Programs Coordinators and the Program Director of the Men's and Women's Boxing Club/Head Boxing Coach.

Minimum Qualifications:

Masters degree required, preferably with major in recreation administration, sports management, student development, or related field
Demonstrated strong leadership, customer service, team building, and decision-making skills
3-4 years of professional experience leading a comprehensive intramural and/or club sports program in a collegiate setting Superior organization, planning, and communication skills
Proven ability to lead and work in a team oriented environment
Experience with programming or service delivery for diverse community populations
Possess a current CPR, AED, and First Aid Instructor certification, or ability to obtain one
