Asst. Director - University Recreation

Job Summary

 The Assistant Director creates, proposes, and implements employee training and also manages business processes and communications between all facility stakeholders regarding access and operations. 

Front-line customer service in high-volume use facilities with diverse patronage is highly valued, as is educating a diverse workforce to provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in recreation management, sports administration, exercise science, exercise physiology, health and fitness or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 2 years experience in campus recreation administration, supervising athletic and recreation facilities (relative GA experience will be considered).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
• Able to work on pre-determined weekends covering events
