Job Summary



The Director of Player Development reports directly to the Head Men's Basketball Coach. This position is responsible for preparing student-athletes for personal, academic and athletic development success, as well as adhering to all Department and University policies and procedures, rules, regulations, bylaws and interpretations of the American Athletic Conference and NCAA.


POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Requires a Master's degree in education or a field of study related to the academic program, or a Bachelor's degree in those same fields with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

At least 1 year experience working with a Division I Basketball program in an operations or coaching position preferred
