Senior Manager of Safety & Security

Job Summary

 The Senior Manager will be in charge of the domestic league's standards and compliance. The job will oversee efforts to address fan behavior trends and patterns. The position will also manage ongoing assessments, evaluations, and corrective actions for the clubs and venues related to safety and security.

Responsibilities:

•  Utilize an intelligence led, risk-based approach to ensure sufficient and appropriate resources are deployed.
• Oversee Soccer Security Agent (and Regional) Program, to include recruitment, training, and re
• Monitor the security incident database related to leaguewide fan misconduct, ensuring proper follow-up and dispositions are executed at the league and club level.
• Analyze current and past trends related to security incidents and identify opportunities to update security policies and procedures.
• Monitor information received from a variety of reports, including match-day reporting, venue assessments and manage periodic reports.
