Job Summary
The position will be responsible for managing efforts to address trends and patterns related to fan conduct. It will also manage ongoing assessments, evaluations, and corrective actions for the clubs and venues related to safety and security.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management, Business, Analytics or a relevant related field.
5+ years of experience in Safety & Security (Sports).
Demonstrated understanding of a comprehensive safety and security model.
High quality work, organizational ethics, integrity, and compliance.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Database Management and Outlook.
Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a decentralized landscape with minimal supervision.
