Job Summary
The Assistant/Associate Director of Athletics is responsible for the management of designated sports programs. Facilitate and participate in the hiring and onboarding processes for coaches and staff. Review athletic scholarships and summer financial aid requests with all head coaches. Serves as Compliance Officer and Senior Woman Administrator (SWA).
