Assistant Director of Sports Facilities

Job Summary

The Assistant Director of Sport Facilities is responsible for managing operations for athletics, recreation, and special events. This position oversees and manages the hall, stadium, and field. The position also coordinates custodial, general maintenance, security, parking, and concessions services.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Recreation, Sport Administration, Physical Education or related field plus one year of related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective goal-oriented relationships.
• Strong organization skills and ability to take initiative, multi-task, and achieve a high level of productivity in a collaborative environment under time sensitive deadlines.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Evidence of the ability to work with individuals from culturally diverse backgrounds.
