Director- Growth Operations

Job Summary

The Consumer Products (CP) team is seeking a director to support the business unit's growth operations. The Director will play a key role in supporting the CP team and will be responsible for developing strategic initiatives. They will leverage data analytics and reporting for the team, clubs, and key initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred
2. 5+ years of experience in consulting and/or corporate strategy
3. Strong understanding of business dynamics, models and trends in retail and licensing ecosystem
4. Strong analytical and research skills, with the proven ability to think strategically and analytically
5. Command of contracts and experience working with legal professionals
6. Comfortable juggling multiple projects, prioritizing stakeholder needs, and working under tight deadlines
