Job Summary
Under the direct supervision of the VP/Director of Athletics, the Director of the Track and Field and Cross Country Program is responsible for management and administration of all phases of the varsity intercollegiate sports program and team. University Athletics strives to compete as a member of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and Conference USA, the largest and highest division among all colleges and universities.
