Job Summary

The Assistant Athletics Director will assist in the development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive athletics compliance program. This position is responsible for maintaining institutional compliance with NCAA, conference, and university rules and reports to the Senior Associate Athletics Director for any violations of those rules.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assists the Senior Associate Athletics Director with overseeing the day-to-day operation of the office.

Responsible for compliance efforts across all bylaws for select sports and provides interpretations, education, and support to coaching staff and student-athletes. 

Responsible for the dissemination of NCAA legislation in a timely manner.

Must be well-organized, thorough, and accurate in planning, preparation, and processing of work-related materials and activities. 

Performs other duties as assigned.
