- Managing the sports property efforts to ensure the highest attainable level of success.
- Deliver on individual and team revenue goals through the selling of integrated marketing packages.
- Create, implement, and evaluate strategic business plans that include sales and financial performance as well as new product development.
- Partner with the Regional Vice President to develop an annual fiscal budget for the entire property.
- Effectively leverages internal support groups such as Field Marketing, Research & Analytics, and the Products/Innovations teams to drive revenue.
