Job Summary
Our company is building a club services department. The group will serve as an in-house advisory and resource for clubs. It will focus on ticketing, sponsorship, media, content, marketing, business intelligence, and fan development. The department will also provide support for club leadership in the areas of business operations.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Club Services and League Office leadership to plan and track department and matrixed organization projects.
Support priority Club Services projects through research, analysis, and the development of action plans.
Work with internal Research and Business Intelligence stakeholders to deliver regular reporting and address feedback and questions.
Serve as League Office source of information and documents for diverse club-related matters.
