Operations and Community Engagement Assistant Director

Job Summary

The Assistant Athletic Director of Gameday Operations and Community Engagement is a member of the athletic department's senior leadership team and is responsible for the overall gameday experience for students and XULA Gold fans.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Works with sport administrators to manage game day
2. Ensures that all facilities are functional, safe and NAIA compliant for all practice and competition activities.
3. Coordinate with AD of Business Affairs to ensure all athletic facility work orders are submitted.
4. Coordinate with AD of Business Affairs to manage ticketing system (AudienceView).
5. Partner with SGA, XAB, Greeks, the Gold Mine and other student organizations to encourage student involvement at sporting events.
