Job Summary


The Director of Video and Assistant to the Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and technical video services to the women's basketball program. Ensuring the taping of practices and games is covered by the student videographers and working directly with the coaching staff to capture unique requests.



  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 years sports video operations experience
  • Experience operating digital and analog video cameras and digital video editing systems
  • Demonstrated competency on video digital editing systems, networks, and local and remote work stations
  • Ability to stay abreast of new technology and techniques, with sufficient fluency to train coaches, student-athletes, and new employees
  • Personal computer and related software skills, e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, database, Internet, etc.
