Event Manager

Job Summary

The Event Manager position is defined as full-time employment within Sports Group assigned to oversee client event programs, with the majority being throughout the calendar year. The Event Manager will report to the Tournament and Project Directors and will be supported by various staff members depending on the assigned project.

• Utilize all the project management / information tracking and reporting technology tools required by the assigned client
• Support in the development of ongoing event evolution concepts, each year participating in the development a plan that meets the client’s goals and expectations.
• Organize and coordinate event themes, daily schedules, run of schedules, etc. per event. 
• Manage project budgets based on client expectations and project profile.
