Job Summary

The Human Resources Director will be responsible for all human resource functions:  payroll processing, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and development, employee relations and compliance.

Bachelors’ degree and minimum of seven years’ experience preferred.

Must possess human resource management, benefit management, payroll, accounting, and financial analysis skills.

Must demonstrate responsible mathematical experience commensurate with this position.

Must have experience in data automation systems and the ability to analyze computer products.

Applicant must possess strong organizational and communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
