Job Summary

We are looking for a Director of Partnerships to drive partnership revenues. You will be responsible for securing brand partnerships and executing integrated marketing activations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a revenue generator with an established reputation working with major brands, teams, or agencies.

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college

2+ years of proven success in revenue generation in event or partnership sales

Experience in the cheer space and/or live touring events  is preferred, not required

Reputation for professionalism and self-confidence with interacting with internal and external partners

Effective problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently and as a team -- be a self-starter and collaborative depending on needs
